GROUP SESSIONS

Although the Alexander Technique is typically taught in a series of private one on one lessons, a group session can be a fun way to get a basic introduction.

All introductory sessions cover the same basic information although the class size and format differ. The Small Group Exploratory Workshops are always limited to six participants, allowing for more personalized attention and in depth exploration. Introductory Classes are usually offered through various Community Education programs and may be larger. All sessions are geared toward those with no prior experience with the Alexander Technique, though anyone is welcome to attend.

In Spring 2012 I will be teaching Less Effort More Ease--a four week class based on principles of the Alexander Technique, Body Learning and the work of Carl Stough. See below for more details.
